Summary: Last instalment is not closed if there is a chargeback

*Background:*
In case if a loan is fully paid and there was a chargeback transaction the last
instalment is not marked as paid/completed.
*Actual result:*
The last installment is not marked as paid / completed however the loan is
marked as CLOSED
Delinquency is not recalculated
*Expected result:*
Last instalment should be paid/completed.
Delinquency should be recalculated → No Delinquency should present for the loan
