{{Goodwill Credit }}, {{Payout Refund}} and {{Merchant Issued Refund}}
transactions should not be editable.
Also remove Edit and Undo option for already *deleted* {{{}Goodwill Credit{}}},
{{Payout Refund}} and {{Merchant Issued Refund}} transaction
{panel} *Acceptance criteria:*
* from API level editing {{{}Goodwill Credit{}}}, {{Payout Refund}} and
{{Merchant Issued Refund}} transactions is not possible
* from API level editing or undo function for already deleted {{Goodwill
Credit, Payout Refund and Merchant Issued Refund }}transactions is not possible
