The UPDATE_LOAN_ARREARS_AGEING, ADD_PERIODIC_ACCRUAL_ENTRIES job should be
available to be configured for the Loan COB as a business step.

*Acceptance criteria*
* The ADD_PERIODIC_ACCRUAL_ENTRIES and UPDATE_LOAN_ARREARS_AGEING jobs are
configurable as a business step for the Loan COB.
* UPDATE_LOAN_ARREARS_AGEING, ADD_PERIODIC_ACCRUAL_ENTRIES step results the
same as the standalone job{panel}
