I do not think it is a UI issue, can you check in the DB if the jobs data is
duplicated?
having duplicate jobs may be the reason for jobs to run multiple times and
appear twice on UI.
One more point observed is all the jobs have the same trigger time. that may be
the cause of the lock exception you are getting.
alter the cron expression as per the priority of the job to run one after
another.
