h1. Background
Currently the timezone handling of the tenant is incorrect regarding to Savings
Accounts. At many places the system timezone is used, where the tenant timezone
should be.
h1. Goal
The timezone handling should be consistent: the timezone of the tenant should
be used everywhere.
