*I want* the system to stop accruing interest on loan accounts which are in
arrears
*in order to* _meet the business and regulatory requirements_
h4. *Background and details:*
Fineract currently does not consider the arrears tag of the loan for posting
the accrual transactions. The system will post the accrual for all active loan
accounts irrespective of arrears or not
*Acceptance criteria*
# As a user I should be able to stop the accrual posting on the loan accounts
that are in arrears
# I should be able to configure the accrual posting at the loan product level
where we can have check back to enable and disable accrual posting for the
arrears loan.
