For example, you could write a test that FAILS because the functionality isn't
there.
Then anyone on the project could see what you mean.
But, if you have a UI issue - then that doesn't belong here.
If you have struggled with the configuration documentation, then propose that
the documentation be improved and once you have figured that out, write it down
and send it back as a contribution to the project.
If this is truly a code issue, and you have an easyfix to propose, then place
some ideas in the ticket so that we have an idea what you plan.
example: I plan to change the API return for Account Summary API to return the
value in the database for the currency code
or, I plan to add a column to a specific database table for account currency
