In the Case of the FINERACT-2017 Issue: Have to move only loan instalments
which fall in between holidays to a specific date and the next instalments
shouldn't get affected.
FINERACT-2031 refers to moving all the instalments to the next repayment dates
and this will move the last instalment to a new date which will extend loan
tenure.
