Re-amortization is offered to provide relief to customers with past due
payments.
The Goal is to take the past due balance of the loan including and spreading it
out over the remaining installment so there is no past due balance.
Only principal can be re-amortized so re-amortization can't be applied if there
are any outstanding fees or penalties, those will be still outstanding for
their particular Installments and must be paid/waived by the user
