Currently the standing instruction task will only execute a transfer if the
loan installment in question is for the exact date as the date on which the
task is running. This means that if for example a client had an installment due
for the day before (or several days before), that installment will not be
settled if the client deposits funds on his savings account today or the next
day.
The thinking is that installments should be settled as longs as they are not in
the future, that is if the are today or they are overdue.
