h2. Background

Fineract has an option of changing the interest rate at the reschedule options 
however it only allows to change interest rate from a particular Installment.

 
h2. Requirement
 
For active loans I would like to have the option to change the interest rate of 
the loan from a particular date.

I would like to be able to set any future date as the starting date of new 
interest rate.

When we change the interest rate (increase or decrease) the actual period and 
all the future periods EMI need to be recalculated, except when they were 
already fully paid.

*Acceptance Criteria*
 # User should be able to change the interest rate on the active loan account

 ## from any future date (current date + 1)

 ## New interest value (it will inherit the interest frequency from loan 
product)

 ## UI should show the actual interest rate and frequency (fetched from loan 
product)

 # Current and future periods EMI to be recalculated, except they were already 
fully paid

 # User should be able to view the list Interest rate periods/changes done for 
the loan account

 ## New tab for loan
