Description:
Create validation test cases for Account transfer APIs for the mandatory
fields.
# focus on width rather than depth
# new functional coverage should limit itself to one scenario per resource
unless it's easy to deliver for more permutation and combination on the
functionality part
# Include 4 mandatory fields check negative edge test cases.
# Include 1 functional test case from saving to saving account with invalid
amount ( transfer amount > total amount present in savings account) and return
appropriate status code.
