You need to add a suffix. The endpoints are described in [this swagger
UI|[https://sandbox.mifos.community/fineract-provider/swagger-ui/index.html#/].]
For example: /fineract-provider/actuator/health
Also, I don't think it's a good idea to publish your IP address!
