Currently fineract only allows charge payments (by transfer) to be paid on
their exact due but the reality is that many times the charges a deposited on
the savings accounts after their due date. Fineract should therefore allow for
payment of annual charges with a transaction date that is later than the due
date of the transaction. What it should not is payment for a charge before its
due date.
