On https://github.com/apache/fineract/commits/develop/ there is currently a lot
of red crosses where there should be green ticks.
One of the reasons for this is that
https://github.com/apache/fineract/actions/workflows/sonarqube.yml is broken
(the other one is unrelated to that, and TBD).
I'll see if I can easily fix that.
