I'm proposing four minor changes to the asciidoc:
# disable broken fineract-client API asciidoc include
# remove duplicated/outdated text, reduce sources of truth
# set {{show-link-uri}} to improve PDF rendering
# remove unnecessary/unused {{.asciidoctorconfig}} file
If all that is good and works, I'd also like to (next) upgrade dependencies and
confirm those upgrades don't break anything. I'd like to do those upgrades
under a separate ticket/PR.
