Adam Saghy created FINERACT-2176:
------------------------------------

             Summary: Interest portion is missing from Charge-off transaction
in case of backdated fully paid repayment on the same period
                 Key: FINERACT-2176
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2176
             Project: Apache Fineract
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.10.0, 1.11.0
            Reporter: Adam Saghy
             Fix For: 1.12

*Issue*

In case we set “Zero interest after Charge-off” as Charge-off strategy for a
progressive interest bearing, interest recalculation = true Loan product and
did an early repayment that fully paid an installment. Later if we charge-off
the loan, the charge-off transaction does not contains any interest portion,
which is incorrect!.

*Steps to reproduce*
 * LP configuration

 ** *Progressive loan schedule*

 ** Advanced payment allocation

 ** Interest: 7%

 ** *Interest recalculation = TRUE*

 ** Interest calculation: DAILY

 ** Interest recalculation: DAILY

 ** *Charge-off strategy: Zero interest after Charge-off*

 * Disburse a loan ($1000) on 1 Jan 2023

 * Do an early repayment ($170.05) which fully repay the 1st period on 15 Jan
2023

 * Do a Charge-off on 31 Jan 2023

*Actual*
 * There is no interest portion on the Charge-off transactions

*Expectation*
 * $2.55 interest portion should have been calculated for the Charge-off
transaction!
