*Steps to reproduce*
# Create a interest bearing, progressive loan on 02/19/2025 with interest rate
as 19.99%, with 12 installments
# Disburse $50 on 02/19/2025
# Realtime Repayment of $5 on 02/19/2025
# Run a COB for 02/19/2025
# Merchant Issued Refund of $25 on 02/20/2025
# Run a COB for 02/20/2025 and check the totalUnpaidPayableNotDueInterest, it
returns 0, but accrual was created
# Run a COB for 02/21/2025 and check the totalUnpaidPayableNotDueInterest, it
returns 0, but accrual was created
# Run a COB for 02/21/2025 and check the totalUnpaidPayableNotDueInterest, it
returns 0, but accrual was created
*Expectation*
- The payable not due interest is calculated and shows the correct amounts.
