Client transfer from one branch to another leaves loans attached to the client 
in transfer.in.progress status instead of active

 

To Reproduce
 # Create an active loan for a client that belongs to branch-A
 # Transfer the client from branch-A to branch-B
 # Check the active loan status

Current result

loan status is showing "transfer.in.progress"

 

Expected result-

Loan status should move back to active once the transfer is complete
