*Charge-off is prevented if there is any transaction after the Charge-off date,
however “reversed” transactions should be excluded from this!*
*Steps to reproduce*
* Have a loan
* Do a charge-off on it
* Reverse the charge-off (Undo Charge-off)
* Charge-off again, but with earlier date than the previous
* It fails with the below message

*Expectation*
* It should not fail and allow to do the charge-off
