Fetching chargeback transactions of the loan during delinquency calculation:
org.apache.fineract.portfolio.delinquency.service.LoanDelinquencyDomainServiceImpl#calculateDelinquencyDataForOverdueInstallment,

We are fetching repetitively the chargeback transactions for each overdue
installments.
*We should extract this logic outside of the iteration to ensure only once it
got fetched from database!*
