Configurable outstanding interest strategy for asset externalization:
* So far we were transfer all outstanding interest including:
** due
** not yet due
** projected
A new option needed where only the payable outstanding interest:
* due
* not yet due
is considered, but the projected does not!
Global configuration is used first, maybe later option to override on loan
product level:
