Validations of chart of account in RD and FD Products are not accurate and user
friendly
When the user is trying to setup the slab rates in interest rate chart of FD
and RD account the validation messages are very generic and user does not know
what is the exact issue
The main issue is even if the parameters set looks correct the validation still
throws the same generic error messages and will not proceed further
For example:
1. Create a RD account
2. Follow the following interest rate chart and submit (have attached sample
json data and screenshot for reference)
3. The system throws a generic error message(attached)
