Added Pull Request - #4796 - Fineract 1272 add the possibility to edit
currencies available #4796.
Changes Added:
1) User can now create and add new currency to the database.
2) User can also query and change the currency using the existing GET and PUT
requests.
3) See attached images for postman and mysql.
