Summary: Amend approved loan amount in case balance was not fully
disbursed

In case $1000 amount was approved to loan, but not the full amount got
disbursed to the customer, we shall allow to amend the approved amount and that
way provide available balance for further, new loan applications:
*Scenario 1: Multiple Disbursements ($300, $200, $500)*
Loan Approved Amount: $1000
Loan Disbursed: $300
Expected disbursements: $200, $500
Available Disbursement Balance: $700
I want the option to change the approved amount from $1000 to $800, and drop
expected disbursement of $200, so "new" available disbursement balance became:
$500
*Scenario 2: Multiple Disbursements ($400, $600)*
Loan Approved Amount: $1000
Loan Disbursed: $400
No expected disbursements!
Available Disbursement Balance: $600
I want the option to change the approved amount from $1000 to $400, so "new"
available disbursement balance became: $0
*Validations*
* Approved loan amount cannot be lower than already and expected disbursed
amount
* If Approved loan amount lower or equal with already- and expected disbursed
amount
** first we need to amend / remove expected disbursement detail before we can
amend the approved loan amount (Amend / remove expected disbursement details
are existing, available APIs!)
