Currently, ** the Progressive repayment strategy does not support grace on
principal and Interest features, this ticket is extend the support for the same
*Acceptance Criteria*
# User should be able to apply Principal Moratorium at the
Creation/Modification stage of the loan account with Progressive repayment
strategy
# System should calculate and should apply grace for principal for the number
of Installments that user has asked for.
# Following example contains the calculation for Principal Moratorium
