h3. Background and Details
Currently, Fineract is not handling the Flat-Cumulative-Multi Disbursement
configuration loan account schedule calculation correctly and has a validation
at the loan product level to not to allow multi-disbursement if the calculation
type is FLAT.
This ticket is to enable the Flat-Cumulative-Multi Disbursement configuration
and fix the calculations for the same in coming days
