Current reage handling is incorrect, since the reage transaction date is always
the current date, but it should be decided based on the below strategy:
* if reage start date is earlier than current business date, reage transaction
date to be the reage start date
* otherwise it is the current business date
Also in case the reage start date is matching with the maturity date
incorrectly a new installment was created with start date equal to maturity
date, due date equal to maturity date, number of days 0. This should be merged
with last installment and / or with N+1 installment (if applicable).
*The correct behaviour would be to merged them in this case!*
