As part of this story the job is to introduce a new job and some additional
tables where journal entries got accumulated for a particular day.
This can be used for logics where only the aggregated amount is needed like
Trial Balance reports.
The job should accumulate journal entries based on :
* whether it is CREDIT or DEBIT
* Loan product
* Office
* GL account
* submitted on date of journal entries (called aggregated on date for the new
tables)
The new job allows to configure chunk size and loopback days to allow fine
grained configurations based on the business need.
