In case during reverse-replay a transaction amount became 0 and hence reverted,
we should not create and store that transaction with 0 amount and with
reverted=true flag, rather do not create new transaction, just simply revert
the “old” one.
Same applies for sending external business event:
- The LoanAdjustTransactionBusinessEvent should have set the
transactionToAdjust with old txn, but newTransactionDetail should remain null
