Interest pause functionality works with loan term variations:
* Creates loan term variation for the interest pause period
In case an interest pause was initiated on the loan, we should:
* Create and emit LoanScheduleVariationsAddedBusinessEvent with the details of
the interest pause
* In case the loan balances got changed (usually it is), emit:
LoanBalanceChangedBusinessEvent also.
