Just following up! I managed to fix the frontend issues on the Mifos Jira page.
After testing on a local dev server and Postman, I was able to bulk loan
reassign with no issues. To reconfirm, I was not able to replicate the issue of
Bulk Loan Reassignment failing with no error message.
