I don't know of a good tool offhand.
I have a feeling once we switch to a static site generator it'll be much easier
to try to fix a11y issues reported by those tools. Not to mention, easier to
maintain the whole thing!
Note {{src/security/}} in that repo... way easier to maintain than the [old
wiki
page|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FINERACT/Apache+Fineract+Security+Report].

We can use a local/offline validator to check syntax during the build phase.
