I just ran a sync with `LOOKBACK_DAYS=2` to test idempotency, and there were
changes when I think there shouldn't have been. Please take a look at

I was using apache/fineract-chat-archive commit
2cdaaa42a81366bcc43599c41215e1b39cf21a8d against a working copy of
mifos/chat-archive commit 0939e87954ac9d8856919e3adf7776657224bc5b
