I propose that this improvement be entirely done in the mifos x web app if the
reporter wants individual details pages for each loan reschedule request. The
reporter wants reschedule requests to show more details before they are
approved. The necessary endpoints for this are already exposed. we already have
`[/v1/rescheduleloans/\{scheduleId}|https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/swagger-ui/index.html#/Reschedule%20Loans/readLoanRescheduleRequest]`
that gets the reschdule request with all its associated term variations
including the new due date. It could be used by the mifos web app to create a
details page for individual reschedule requests with all proposed term
variations. If we go that route then we can already call it a day and close
this xd.
But if the reporter and the users in general prefer a new column on the
reschedule loans tab for the new due date, then I propose we add a new column
to the LoanRescheduleRequest entity. and of course the corresponding column has
to be added on mifos x web too.
