The [https://github.com/apache/fineract-site/blob/asf-site/CONTRIBUTING.md]
page mentions cloning the site and generating a PR, but I could not find how to
raise an issue against the site.
Perhaps .asf.yaml could be updated to allow issues to be created?
If not, please at least link to where issues should be created
