@l0hacker @adamsaghy Quick update on this: I noticed the :integration-tests module (Shard 4) is now failing alongside the Cucumber tests. Given that it's hitting the integration module, this confirms the Locale.ROOT string formatting change is cascading through the expected test assertions.
