## FINERACT-2442 — Contributors Guide
Adds CONTRIBUTORS.md aimed at people picking up this project
after the GSoC 2026 period ends. Covers:
- Current project status and what's still open for contribution
- Links to existing ADRs and survey doc as required reading
before touching architectural decisions
- Coding conventions specific to this module
- Where to get help (mailing list, Matrix, JIRA)
- Acknowledgement of mentors and initial contributor
Goal is to lower the barrier for the community to continue
building on this once the GSoC timeline ends, rather than the
project going dormant.
