## Description Introduced a new Gradle module fineract-party (It is the standard banking domain/DDD term for the entity that encompasses both individuals and groups/organizations) that owns the party domain of the platform — Clients, Groups and Centers — together with their related features: client charges (commissions) and the accounting (journal entries) they generate, documents, identifiers, addresses, family members and client transactions. This continues the modularization of the Fineract monolith, isolating a cohesive bounded context out of fineract-core and fineract-provider. [FINERACT-1932](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1932) - Moved 208 Java files via git mv (history preserved) into fineract-party: client (125), group (67), address (16) — without renaming packages, so consumers need no import changes. - Domain pulled from fineract-core + API/handlers/services pulled from fineract-provider (including the whole portfolio.address subdomain). - Dependency wiring: fineract-party added to loan, savings, provider, progressive-loan, branch, working-capital-loan, integration-tests and the custom/acme/note module. - EclipseLink static weaving unaffected — persistence.xml is auto-generated per module; no manual config needed.
