# Add buydown fee transaction ($50)
# Sell loan to intermediate investor
# Increase business date to July 2nd, 2026 and run COB
## Buydown fee should fully amortize
# Create Buydown Fee Adjustment of $20
# Increase business date to July 3rd, 2026 and run COB
