## Summary of Changes
* **Renamed delinquency category:** Changed "Current" to "Performing" in all
dbt models (`int_loan_delinquency_status`, `dim_delinquency_bucket`,
`fact_delinquency_event`) to align with financial reporting standards.
* **Change date:** Shifted the `historical_start_date` variable from
`2010-01-01` to `2025-01-01` in `dbt_project.yml` for demo.
* **Dashboard Chart Polish & Layout Enhancements:**
* Cleaned up card titles by removing redundant `" KPI"` text suffixes in
the visual layer.
* Swapped out the delinquency distribution pie chart for an `Outstanding
Principal by Delinquency Band` horizontal bar chart.
* Expanded the `Portfolio Health Summary Table` to a full-width
(`12`-column) component to prevent horizontal column squeeze and overflow.
* Added `At Risk` segments (delinquency 30+ DPD) alongside `GLP` and `NPA`
in the branch and product breakdown bar charts.
* **Cleaned Seed Data:** Added beter seed data for better visualization
