## Summary LOS-2026-000*** shows APPROVED with full Branch Manager sign-off, but there is no indication of whether disbursement was triggered, is in progress, or completed. ## Expected Behaviour A DISBURSED state (or at minimum disbursed_at timestamp) should be recorded after the Bridge successfully triggers Mock Fineract disbursement. The detail view should show disbursement status clearly. ## Acceptance Criteria - [ ] DisbursementBridge sets state to DISBURSED on Fineract success - [ ] DisbursementBridge records disbursed_at timestamp - [ ] Failure leaves state as APPROVED with a retryable error flag - [ ] Detail view shows disbursement status and timestamp -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
