#610 carries this sync commit plus fixes for the two call sites the compile
check flagged, so this PR can be closed in favour of it.
- `GET /savingsaccounts/{id}/onholdtransactions` now returns a paged
envelope, so the list component reads `pageItems` instead of parsing a JSON
string.
- `recurringDepositAmount` was replaced upstream by
`mandatoryRecommendedDepositAmount`, which is the name the recurring-deposit
form already binds to.
`npm run build` passes there, along with the test suite, lint and
`verify-api-client` (no drift).
