Rebased onto the latest `main` and added visual evidence to the PR description. While rebasing, I also reconciled the overlapping loan changes from the recently merged contract-termination and chargeback work, then tightened this flow in four places: - prior non-reversed charge refunds are deducted at the currency's configured precision; - fully refunded charges are no longer offered; - `CHARGEREFUND_LOAN` now reaches a command-specific route instead of being blocked by `UPDATE_LOAN`; - the form no longer presents a transaction date that Fineract replaces with its business date.
