@adamsaghy Reworked as you suggested: no new field. The existing
`createdDate` on journal entry responses now carries the entry's actual
creation timestamp (`created_on_utc`) instead of a copy of `submittedOnDate`.
That covers `GET /journalentries`, `GET /journalentries/{id}` and
`JournalEntryMapper`, so the external asset owner journal entries get it too.
`submittedOnDate` is unchanged.
One thing to flag: `createdDate` becomes an `OffsetDateTime` (like the other
`createdDate` audit fields, e.g. `CashierTransactionData`), so on the wire it
changes from a date to an ISO-8601 date-time, e.g.
`2026-09-29T19:35:01.333861+05:30`.
`JournalEntryReversalOrderingIntegrationTest` is updated for the new type and
passes. Rebased onto the latest develop and squashed into one commit.
