### What happened ## Description In the standard loan product create/edit form, the `ion-item` fields stay light when the application is switched to dark theme. This makes the inputs and their surrounding field backgrounds inconsistent with the rest of the dark UI. The form’s `.form-item` style sets `--background` to `var(--ion-color-light, #f8f9fa)`. Ionic defines `--ion-color-light` in dark mode too, so the fallback is not used and the fields retain a light background. ## Expected behavior The form fields should use the active theme’s surface colors, consistent with other forms. ## Actual behavior The form fields keep a light background in dark mode. ## Suggested fix Remove the component-level `--background: var(--ion-color-light, #f8f9fa)` override from `.form-item` and allow the shared Ionic theme styles to set the background. ## Affected file `src/app/features/products/loan-product-form.component.ts` ### Steps to reproduce ## Steps to reproduce 1. Sign in to the application. 2. Switch the application theme to dark. 3. Open **Products → Loan Products → Create Loan Product**. 4. Observe the backgrounds of the form fields. ### Screen or route _No response_ ### Browser console and network errors ```text ``` ### Which backend Local docker stack (deploy/docker-compose-e2e.yml) ### Fineract version _No response_ ### Browser and version _No response_ ### Before submitting - [x] I searched existing issues for this. - [x] This is a bug in the UI, not in the Fineract platform. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
