## What changed - migrate the account number format, payment type, and office list templates to `appTranslate` - replace direct `TranslateService` use with the application-owned `I18N` adapter - prune the three corresponding `no-restricted-imports` suppressions ## Validation - `npm run lint:prune` - targeted ESLint and Prettier checks for the changed files - 13 focused unit tests across the three list components - `npm run i18n:check` - `npm run check:icons` - `npm run check:a11y-names` - `npm run build` Related to #683.
