* added the checker permission * removed the refactor * new code handles CHARGE_ADJUSTMENT properly * added tests: - adjust raise or lower the original value - overshoot protection - charge-adjustment value > charge - all supported types happy scenario - negative branches for not supported types & 0 adjustment * commandWrapperBuilder uses the correct adjust-by-delta value Still missing: * testrail IDs -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
