### Description
Following up on the merge of #730, this pull request completes the remaining
511 keys across the application catalogue, achieving **100% Hindi localization
coverage** (2,630 / 2,630 keys) for #255.
### Maintainer Polish Addressed
Incorporated review feedback from @Aman-Mittal on #730:
- Removed English parenthetical suffixes in `DASHBOARD.DEVELOPMENT`
(`विकास`) and `DASHBOARD.PRODUCTION` (`उत्पादन`).
- Localized `SHARE_ACCOUNTS.REDEEM_SHARES` into pure Hindi (`शेयर वापस
करें`).
- Applied standard Indian banking and accounting conventions (`आय मान्यता`,
`लेखांकन समापन`, `रिवर्स लेन-देन`, `रोकड़ राशि अवरुद्ध करें`, `सामान्य बही
खाता`).
### Scope Covered (511 newly translated keys)
1. **HELP Suite (179 keys)**: Contextual field descriptions and tooltips
across loan scheduling engines, progressive accounting, capitalisation,
buy-down fees, and collateral.
2. **GUIDE Walkthroughs (53 keys)**: Interactive guided tour copy for
groups, centers, loans, accounting, reports, and global controls.
3. **Administration & Platform Modules (279 keys)**: Checker inbox, business
dates, SMS, report mailing jobs, entity data-table checks, entity mapping,
external events, 2FA config, surveys, and scorecards.
### Verification
- Executed `node scripts/check-translations.mjs --update`:
- 0 missing keys
- 0 untranslated key interpolations (all 12 verified 1:1)
- 0 phrase labels
- Hindi catalogue coverage: **100.0% (2630/2630 keys)**
- Baseline updated in `scripts/i18n-coverage.json`
- Ran ESLint suite cleanly (`npm run lint` exit code 0).
- Signed commit with ED25519 GPG key.
