Fixes #166. The native workflow on `main` is cancelled in native-image's `[7/8] Laying out methods` stage. The cause is the runner running out of memory: - `gradle.properties` gives Gradle `-Xmx12g`, which it grows into and keeps while the native-image builder runs beside it. - The builder peaks at about 8.3 GiB. - On the 16 GiB runner the two together exhaust memory. The runner is lost, and GitHub reports that as "The operation was canceled". This PR changes the native job only: - Its Gradle steps run with `-Dorg.gradle.jvmargs=-Xmx4g`. - The builder is capped at 9 GiB through `NATIVE_IMAGE_OPTIONS=-J-Xmx9g`. Only the workflow changes. `gradle.properties`, the build and the image it produces are untouched, and other workflows keep their settings.
